What is the Empower 66 Challenge? Benefits, Rules and More

Updated: Oct 7, 2024

"Empower 66" challenge is a thoughtfully crafted program, uniquely designed to nurture overall well-being and foster personal development for women in their 40s, 50s, and beyond. Spanning 66 days, this challenge offers a transformative journey of self-discovery and empowerment through dedicated daily practices.

It's simple. Here's how it works.

Each day:

  • Spend 6 minutes practicing mindfulness meditation or gratitude journaling to help clear your mind and build emotional strength.

  • Dedicate 10 minutes to meaningful reading, feeding your mind with literature for personal growth and self-reflection. Read a physical book or listen to an audiobook.

  • Go on a 20-minute walk to boost your energy, keep your heart healthy and reconnect with nature. Grab a friend, go walk the dog - just try to be outside.

  • Workout for 30 minutes. It can be cardio, strength training, yoga, or mobility exercises to cater whatever your body needs. See example weekly training program and add your other favorites for the remaining days.

Why 66 days?

Research suggests that while it takes 21 days to form a habit, it requires approximately 66 days for that habit to become automatic. By committing to the "Empower 66" challenge, you will allow ample time for these positive behaviors to integrate into your daily routines, leading to lasting transformation and empowerment.

Join us in our "Empower 66" challenge and embark on a journey towards a more vibrant, balanced, and empowered life. 66 minutes for 66 days. Your journey to empowerment starts now.
